Frequently Asked Questions and Fees
What is Counselling?
Counselling can offer you a safe place to be heard and for support from someone in crisis or someone wishing to address a specific behaviour or issue.
How do I book an appointment?
Either email or ring me and we will discuss a mutually convenient time for an assessment to see if counselling is the right path for you.
How many sessions will I need?
Some people find that after a few sessions they have some clarity, direction and focus and are ready to end their counselling. Other people value on-going support and this can range from a few months to opened ended.
Sessions are usually weekly and last for 50 minutes. At our initial session we will agree a day and time which becomes your 'personal space'.
How much will it cost?

On-going session - £35 (50 mins)

As a psychotherapist I fully understand that money is often tight therefore, in addition I do also have a limited number of concessionary appointments for people who are experiencing financial difficulty or on a low income. I care passionately about supporting and helping others, to ensure everyone has the opportunity to receive support, lower fees are available - please do contact me.
There is no additional cost if Jet or Ruby join us.
I am willing to be flexible and reschedule where it is necessary but I do ask for advance notice when this is the case. Without notice being given in advance of 24 hours , a cancelled appointment will result in the full fee to be paid.
